Introduction

List of issues fixed

This hotfix fixes the following issues that are not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • When you use Microsoft Office Excel 2003 to open a chart that was saved in Excel 2007, the background and the borders of a text box in the chart are invisible.

  • You have a Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) control that uses the PX_PATH property to persist a data source object from a control in an Excel 2007 workbook. If the workbook is saved in the Office Open XML spreadsheet format, the data source object may be unavailable when the control is displayed in the workbook.

    Notes
    • This problem occurs because the data source object is bound to the control incorrectly when the workbook is loaded.
    • This problem does not occur when the workbook is saved in binary format.
