Mexico

The Mexican state of Quintana Roo is moving from UTC-6:00 to UTC-5:00. The "Eastern Standard Time (Mexico)" will be created, and this new time zone will have a display name of "(UTC-5:00) Chetumal". This time zone will observe the following DST rules:
  • Start date: The first Sunday of April at 02:00 (clocks move forward by one hour)
  • End date: The last Sunday of October at 02:00 (clocks move backward by one hour)
