JAWS screen reader doesn't read "Sign-in address" in the local language in Lync 2010

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You start Job Access with Speech (JAWS) screen reader on a computer that is running Microsoft Lync 2010.
  • The language of the computer is set to a non-English language.
  • In the Lync 2010 sign-in window, you press the Tab key, and then the JAWS screen reader reads the focused content in the window.
In this scenario, JAWS screen reader does not read "Sign-in address" in the local language. For example, if you set the computer language to German, the JAWS screen reader does not read "Anmeldeadresse" in German.
