Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You customize a Lync 2010 Help Menu in a Microsoft Lync Server 2010 environment.
  • A user signs in to a Lync 2010 client that has a cumulative update for Lync 2010 that is dated June 2012 or a later version installed.
  • The user clicks Lync Help F1 under Help.
In this scenario, the user is redirected to the following Microsoft webpage instead of the customized URL:

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
