The stapling gallery and the duplexing gallery do not appear in the printer settings in an Office application even if the printer supports these two features

You�click�Print�in one of the following Microsoft Office applications on a single processor computer:

• Microsoft Word 2010
• Microsoft Word 2013
• Microsoft PowerPoint 2010
• Microsoft PowerPoint 2013
• Microsoft Excel 2010
• Microsoft Excel 2013

In this situation, the stapling gallery and the duplexing gallery do not appear even if the printer supports these two features. Therefore, you do not know whether these two features are supported by the printer.

To work around this problem, follow these steps:

1. On the File�tab, click�Print.
2. Click Printer Properties.

If your printer supports stapling or duplexing, you can find these options in the Properties�dialog box.�You can change stapling or duplexing settings in this dialog box.
