No records are returned when you run a query after you disconnect from the network in Access 2010

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Access 2010:
  • You publish a new database that contains a table with a text field to a SharePoint server that is running Access Services.
  • You disconnect from the network and then add several records to the table.

    Note In this situation, there are several records with an ID of less than 0.
  • You create a new Web query to return records whose ID is less than 0.
In this scenario, no records are returned when you run the query.
