Symptoms

You cannot replicate a public folder from one Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 server to another Exchange Server 2010 server. Additionally, the following event is logged in the Application log on the target server:


Log Name: Application
Source: MSExchangeIS Public Store
Event ID: 3079
Task Category: Replication Errors
Level: Error
Keywords: Classic
Description:
Unexpected replication thread error 0x8007000e on database "<public folder database name>".

Note This event is not logged if you set the diagnostic logging level to Lowest. To see the log entry for this event, you must set the diagnostic logging level to Low or to a higher level for the public folder.

Cause

This problem occurs because the size of a certain property exceeds the restricted size. This property belongs to messages that are created during replication.
