The cookie information for a domain is not displayed correctly in Windows Internet Explorer 8

You use Windows Internet Explorer 8 to open a Web site. The URL of the Web site has a top-level domain name that only has two letters. In this scenario, the cookie information for the domain is not displayed correctly.

Note This issue does not occur in Windows Internet Explorer 7.

This issue occurs because Internet Explorer 8 cannot detect a top-level domain name that only has two letters.
