Description of the Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook update: July 1, 2010


INTRODUCTION

The Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook (CPAO) is a program that provides an easy way to print and customize Outlook calendar information. It puts you in control of the tools that you need and helps you plan and create designer-quality output.

By using this tool, you can do the following:
  • Print dynamic calendar views
  • Customize and personalize your calendars
  • Adjust information to changing views
Note This tool works for both Microsoft Outlook 2010 (32-bit only) and for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. There is no support for 64-bit installations of Outlook 2010.

Microsoft scanned this file for viruses. Microsoft used the most current virus-detection software that was available on the date that the file was posted. The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help prevent any unauthorized changes to the file.


Note You can install this package on a computer that has a 64-bit version of Outlook 2010. However, the CPAO will not be functional. When you try to start the CPAO, you may receive the following error: 

Cannot connect to Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. Please restart Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 and Calendar Printing Assistant. Original Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 error message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

  1. Click StartStart Button , and then click Computer.
  2. In the Search Computer box, type Ogalegit.dll, and then click Search.
  3. In the list of files, right-click Ogalegit.dll, and then click
    Properties.
  4. On the General tab, note the properties of the Ogalegit.dll file that is installed on the computer.
Windows Vista
  1. Click StartStart Button , and then click Search.
  2. Click Advanced Search.
  3. In the Location box, click Local Hard Drives.
  4. In the Name box, type
    Ogalegit.dll, and then click
    Search.
  5. In the list of files, right-click Ogalegit.dll and then click
    Properties.
  6. On the General tab, note the properties of the Ogalegit.dll file that is installed on the computer.
Windows XP
  1. Start Search Companion. To do this, click
    Start, and then click Search.

    Note If Windows Desktop Search starts, click Click here to use Search Companion.
  2. In the Search Results window, click All files and folders in the Search Companion pane.
  3. In the All or part of the file name box, type Ogalegit.dll, and then click
    Search.
  4. In the list of files, right-click Ogalegit.dll, and then click
    Properties.
  5. On the General tab and on the
    Version tab, note the properties of the Ogalegit.dll file that is installed on the computer.
