You are not prompted for authentication when you publish files by using the TS RemoteApp Manager MMC snap-in window

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a Terminal Services server that is running Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
  • In the TS RemoteApp Manager Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in window, you click to select the Require Server Authentication check box.
In this scenario, you are not prompted for server authentication when you publish files by using the TS RemoteApp Manager MMC sign-in window.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (SP2).
