Files do not go into the Recycle Bin when you delete more than 1000 files at the same time in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2

On a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, you try to delete more than 1000 files in a single batch. However, all the files are deleted permanently and do not go into the Recycle Bin as expected.

Note This issue does not occur when you delete the files one by one.
