This issue occurs when the following conditions are true:
- You use a computer that is running a x64-based edition of Windows 7 or a x64-based edition of Windows Server 2008 R2.
- You have a 32-bit edition of Internet Explorer 8 and a 64-bit edition of Microsoft Office suite installed.
