The "Arbeid frakoblet" button does not change to "Arbeid tilkoblet" after you click the button in Windows 7 and in Windows Server 2008 R2

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You set the system locale to Norwegian in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2.
  • You make a network folder available offline.
  • On the toolbar of Windows Explorer, you click the
    "Arbeid frakoblet"
    button, which means
    "Work offline"
    in English.
In this scenario, the
"Arbeid frakoblet"
button does not change to
"Arbeid tilkoblet"
, which means
"Work Online"
in English.

Note If the system locale is not Norwegian, the button will change from �Work Offline� to �Work Online� as expected.
