FIX: Some BAPI messages in a batch are not sent successfully to an SAP system when you use a WCF-based SAP adapter that is included in BizTalk Adapter Pack 2.0

View products that this article applies to.

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a computer that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 or BizTalk Server 2009.
  • You use a Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) based SAP adapter (also known as Microsoft BizTalk Adapter for mySAP Business Suite 3.0) from the Microsoft BizTalk Adapter Pack 2.0 to connect to a SAP system.
  • You send a large batch of Business API (BAPI) messages from BizTalk Server to the SAP system by using the SAP adapter.
In this scenario, only some BAPI messages in the batch are sent out successfully, and the remaining messages time out. Additionally, you may notice an increase in memory usage by the adapter.
