Hotfix package is available to add some TCP transport support to Customer Care Framework 2009 DCS

Introduction

For Microsoft Customer Care Framework 2009, a hotfix package is available to add the following TCP-transport support to Distributed Connectivity Services (DCS):
  • Policy configuration of custom binding
  • Encoding policy
  • Transport-level security
