Only one workflow works when you run several workflows on a single form in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009

Symptoms

In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, you can create several workflows. However, when you run several workflows on a single form, only one workflow works. The other workflows do not work.

Cause

This problem occurs because Microsoft Dynamics AX does not know which action messages are related to which workflow when you run several workflows on a single form. Therefore, the workflow properties are at the form level instead of at the group level.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, create different forms, and then run different workflows on different forms.
