Microsoft Support: Why the "Show Desktop" button in Windows 7 is lost?

View products that this article applies to.

Mr. Zhang couldn't wait to experience the brand new Windows 7, but suddenly found that the "Show Desktop" button that previously located on the Quick Launch in the lower left corner had disappeared.

Has the new Windows cancelled this function? Mr. Zhang was a little unhappy...

In fact, Windows 7 has made a minor change. If you look carefully, on the lower right corner of the desktop, you will find a little long bar.

Place the mouse on it. See what happens? It turns out all of the opened windows have turned into transparent.

Click the "Show Desktop" little long bar, all of the windows disappear, and there is fish leisurely swimming in the boundless blue sea.

Just keep enjoying your Windows 7. Wish you delightful experience!

We look forward for you precious opinions and suggestions!
