FIX: A hotfix is available that lets you remove white spaces in outgoing messages for BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet (BTARN) 3.5

View products that this article applies to.

Introduction

When you use Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet (BTARN) 3.5 in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2, special characters such as Carriage Return and Line Feed (CRLF), horizontal tab and space are added to the service content of outgoing messages. These special characters are used to make the resulting document more readable.

However, the adding of these special characters to the service content of outgoing messages may cause a parsing issue for systems that do not expect them. A hotfix is available for BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.5 that provides an option to turn this feature off.
