Error message when you try to create outgoing EDI invoices in Microsoft Dynamics SL: "System Message 10065"


Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0 and in Microsoft Dynamics SL 6.5. In e-Commerce Gateway - EDI Edition, you click Begin Processing in the Create Outbound EDI Invoices (44.402.00) screen. Or, in Order Management, you click Print or Print Preview in the Sales Journal (40.690.00) screen, which runs the Create Outbound EDI Invoices (44.402.00) process. In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
System Message 10065 - Application 4440200 has exceeded the limit of 50 cursors. Please decrease the number of cursors in use by this application
