View products that this article applies to.

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft BizTalk Server:
  • You use BTAHL72XPipelines.BTAHL72XReceivePipeline in a Minimal Lower Layer Protocol (MLLP) receive port.
  • You enable message tracking for the BTAHL72XReceivePipeline or the receive port.
In this scenario, when you open Health and Activity Tracking (HAT) to view and save the tracked messages, you find that the saved messages contain no information.

Notes
  • Tracking lets you to save messages from HAT. For more information about how to configure the tracking settings, refer to the MORE INFORMATION section.
  • If BTAHL72XReceivePipeline is used in a FILE receive port, the complete message saves successfully.
