You cannot re-enable the prompt to delete a note in Sticky Notes in Windows 7.

You delete a note in Sticky Notes in Windows 7. Then, you are prompted for confirmation. On the confirmation dialog box, you check the Don't display this message again check box to stop any later prompts for confirmation. Therefore, you are not prompted for confirmation when you delete any later notes. However, there is no method that you can use to re-enable the prompt.
To have us re-enable the prompt back for you, go to the "Fix it for me" section. To re-enable the prompt back yourself, go to the "Let me fix it myself" section.

To re-enable the prompt yourself, follow these steps: - Click

regedit
in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
- Locate the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\StickyNotes - Double-click the PROMPT_ON_DELETE registry entry.
- In the Value data box, type
00000001, and then click OK. - On the File menu, click Exit.
Check whether the problem is fixed by deleting a note. If you are prompted for confirmation, you are finished with this article. If the problem is not fixed, you can contact support.
