When trying to establish a terminal session to a Windows 2003 x64 Terminal Server you receive the following error:

A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for this computer.� Error Code: 0x80040057

The following error event may also be logged in the event log:

Description:� An error occurred while the wizard was checking the current Windows product license. Error Code: 0x80040057

Available system resources, load and timing are contributing factors to the error condition. The condition should be temporary and the error condition cleared upon client connect retry.
