Cause

This problem may occur if one of the following conditions is true:
  • You try to install FSOCS on a server that is located in a child domain of a root domain.
  • You use a local administrator account to log on to the server on which you try to install FSOCS.
  • You use an account that is not a member of the following domain groups to log on to the server on which you try to install FSOCS:
    • RTCUniversalServerAdmins
    • RTCProxyUniversalServices

Resolution

If you confirm that the user account is a member of the RTCUniversalServerAdmins and RTCProxyUniversalServices domain groups, you can safely ignore this error message and complete the installation. FSOCS will function correctly.

If the user account is not a member of these two domain groups, exit the installation and contact your domain administrator to add that user account to the RTCUniversalServerAdmins and RTCProxyUniversalServices domain groups.
