Cause

When you upgrade to BizTalk Server 2006 R2, some changes occur to the internal objects that are in serialized orchestrations. Therefore, if an orchestration was serialized before you upgraded to BizTalk Server 2006 R2, the orchestration fails when the orchestration is deserialized after the upgrade.
