Symptom

If you use item level targeting in Group Policy Preferences (GPP) settings and you want to compare an integer values (Match Value Data), you must enter the value in hexadecimal with leading zeroes in Targeting Editor.

For example; if you want to compare the value 10 in the registry, you have to enter 0000000A as a value.

Note: If you edit the value again later, you must add the leading zeros again.
