To resolve this problem, apply the following hotfix. After you do this, the operating system disables only the user name/password providers or smart-card credential providers that are built-in credential providers.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. - The files that apply to a specific product and milestone (RTM, SPn) can be identified by examining the file version numbers as shown in the following table:
