Resolution

Following the steps recommended in this article could adversely affect your system. Please involve your system or database administrator before you continue, to make sure that backups exist for all elements that might be affected by the recommendations.
To resolve this issue, the FRx WebPort site must be defined as an excluded path within SharePoint. To make this change in SharePoint, do the following:
  1. In Control Panel, select Administrative Tools and then select Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
  2. Expand the Default Web Site node and select SharePoint Central Administration.
  3. In the Virtual Server Configuration section, click Configure Virtual Server Settings.
  4. Select the Default Web Site.
  5. Under Virtual Server Management, click Define Managed Paths.
  6. In the Add a New Path section, type the indirect path for the FRx WebPort site. The default path would be /FRxWebPort.
  7. In the Type section, click Excluded path and then click OK. You should now see the FRx WebPort site in the Excluded Paths section.
