Error message when you generate a report in Microsoft FRx: "Dynazip Unzip Error: Zip File Structure Invalid (Problem Reading Zip File)"

Symptoms

When you generate a report in Microsoft FRx, you receive the following error message when the Drilldown Viewer opens.
Dynazip unzip error: zip file structure invalid (problem reading zip file).

Cause

The catalog for the report may be corrupt.

Resolution

Create a new catalog. On the File menu, click New and then click Catalog.Select the Row Format, Column Layout, and the Reporting Tree (if applicable) used in the original catalog.Generate the report again - the error should no longer occur.Once the error has been resolved, verify that all options in the new catalog have been set to match the settings in the old one, and then save the catalog.Delete the old catalog.
