Cause

The segments numbers loaded from Syteline were not in sequential order. Microsoft FRx requires that the segments be in sequential order from Syteline. For example, the segments cannot be numbered 1, 2, and 4, skipping number 3.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, do the following:1. Modify the account structure in Syteline to add the missing segment. 2. Delete the *.g32 file(s) from the FRx sysdata directory. For information on how to find the sysdata directory, see HOWTO: How to Determine the Location of the SysData Directory (*** link to http://www.frxsoftware.com/FRxSoftware/LeftNav/Knowledgebase/FRx+Reporter/KB11346122002.htm). 3. Update any reports that use a full account in the row format to reflect segment 3.
