Action





When attempting to open a mail message using Domino iNotes or Domino Web Access the user receives the following error message: Domino Web Access Warning. Sorry, we were unable to process your request at this time. If you are unable to continue working in your mail file, please dismiss this warning and then select View, Refresh from your browser's menu.

After receiving the error message, the user may be unable to use the following actions:

  • Reply - To Sender with History

  • Reply - To All with History

  • Forward

Cause



The function [function CPf(bAddAlways)] that is used in newer versions of the iNotes (DWA) template above version 6.5.4 is incorrectly parsed by the e-Gap engine. This can be observed by requesting the following URL from the iNotes server:


http://<iNotes_Server>/mail/username.nsf/iNotes/Proxy/?OpenDocument&Form=s_MailMemoReadCode

This issue has been resolved in e-Gap 3.1.3 Update 7 and greater.
