Introduction

This hotfix package fixes the following issues that were not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • On a Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 site, you have a site content type that has more than 30 columns. You added this content type to many document libraries or to many lists on a Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 site. If you try to update the content type in InfoPath 2007, it may take several minutes to complete the update. Additionally, InfoPath seems to stop responding.

  • On a computer that has Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 installed, you may receive the following error message when you try to publish an InfoPath 2007 template by using the Publish Wizard:

Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, 2003, or 2005 must be installed on this computer to create a Microsoft Installer file.
