Result

A customer uses Internet Explorer to access Cerfificate Lifecycle Manager.��They�are able to get to the main page but they�are unable to get to additional pages such as Manage My Info.�This is only affecting certain users.

Resolution

This can�occur if the user, who is trying to access the page,�has the Account is sensitive and cannot be delegated setting enabled.

Disclaimer



To�disable the setting do the following:



����1.� Open Active Directory Users and Computers

����2.� Find the user that is getting the Access Denied error.

����3.� Right-click and select properties.

����4.� Click on the Account tab.

����5.� Under Account options, uncheck Account is sensitive and cannot be delegated.

����6.� Click Ok.�

����7.� Have the user close IE and try and access CLM again.
