The Plug and Play Manager may not receive removal relations that are reported by a disk filter driver on a Windows Server 2008-based computer

When a disk filter driver reports removal relations to an upper driver on a Windows Server 2008-based computer, the Plug and Play Manager may not receive these removal relations. This behavior may cause unexpected issues. For example, data loss may occur when an application tries to access a disk that has been made unavailable.
