FIX: An event error is logged in the Application log when you stop a host that is running a WCF-based send adapter in a BizTalk Server 2006 R2 environment

In a Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 environment, you have a host that is running a Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)-based send adapter. When you stop this host, an event error that resembles the following may be logged randomly in the Application log:

A message sent to adapter "WCF-Custom" on send port "SendPortName" with URI "URI_Name" is suspended.
