Issue that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix fixes the following issue that is not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

• In Word 2003 with SP3 or in PowerPoint 2003 with SP3, when you insert a chart into a Word document or into a PowerPoint presentation, you may find that the currency symbols are displayed incorrectly as dollar sign ($) characters. Additionally, the currency descriptions are missing from the Symbol drop-down list in the Format Axis dialog box.
  
  Note This problem does not occur in Microsoft Office Excel 2003 with SP3 and in Microsoft Office 2003 with SP2.
