   1. Right-click MSCRM, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
   2. Type KB927751IsInstalled, and then press ENTER.
   3. Double-click the KB927751IsInstalled registry entry.
   4. In the Value data field, type 1, and then click OK.
4. Exit Registry Editor.
5. Restart the computer.
