FIX: A user in the BizTalk Server Operators group cannot enable or disable receive locations for some adapters

Symptoms

You have a user account that belongs to the BizTalk Server Operators group. When you use this user account to disable or enable certain receive locations BizTalk Administration Console, the operation will fail. Additionally, you receive the following error message:�
BizTalk Server 2006 Administration Console Failed while Updating the Receive Location 'Receive_Location_Name'. Permission denied. The current user does not have privilege to complete the operation. (Microsoft.BizTalk.ExplorerOM)
When you try to view the details of the problem, you receive the following error message:

Hotfix information

More information

This issue has been observed in receive locations that use the SQL, MSMQ, and DB2 adapters. However, since the issue involves ExplorerOM, other adapters may also be affected.
