Event IDs 1018 and 1020 appear in the Application log after you remove the SNMP service on a Windows Server 2008-based computer

Symptoms

When you remove the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) service on a Windows Server 2008-based computer that is running update 950923, you receive the following error messages in the Application log:

Event ID: 1020
