Symptoms

When you open, close, reply to, or forward e-mail messages in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Outlook may crash. This problem occurs if you try to process many e-mail messages at the same time. For example, Outlook may crash if you open or close 20 e-mail messages at the same time.

Removal information
