When you try to use the Terminal Services resource authorization policy (TS RAP) to connect to a Windows Server 2008-based computer, the connection may fail.
This problem occurs when you rename a resource group by using a previously deleted resource group name.
This problem occurs because the Terminal Services client cannot verify the resource name that is requesting the connection against the resources that are included in TS RAP.

To resolve this problem, rename the resource group to a different name, and then restart the Terminal Services gateway server.
