Symptoms

When you start Microsoft Office Outlook or when you click a Microsoft Dynamics CRM folder in Outlook, you are prompted to enter your user name and password multiple times. This symptom occurs on a Windows Vista-based computer.

Cause

This problem occurs because the value of the following registry subkey is removed by a Microsoft Dynamics CRM add-in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_SUBDOWNLOAD_LOCKDOWN\outlook.exe
Note The correct value of the subkey is zero.

Resolution
