Symptoms

On a computer that is running Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 2 (SP2), the following event may be logged when you manually start a Microsoft COM+ application that uses object pooling:For a COM+ application that does not use object pooling, this event is logged if the first call to the COM+ application is from a remote client. This event is not logged for the later calls to the COM+ application.
