Symptoms

When you disable the "Password must meet complexity requirements password" policy on a Windows Server 2008-based computer, and then you set the administrator password as blank, Windows Server 2008 logs on the administrator account automatically without displaying the logon dialog box.

Cause

This problem occurs because of a design change from Windows Server 2003.
