Symptoms

You install the release version of Microsoft Commerce Server 2007 on a Windows Server 2008-based computer. After you install the Commerce Server 2007 Starter Site, some .dll files of the Commerce Server 2007 Starter Site are not signed.

Cause

This issue occurs because these files are not signed correctly in the release version of Commerce Server 2007.
