SYMPTOMS

You receive the following error message when you select Save on the detail window:

Certain Extender features and data may no longer be available with the installation of this product. It is recommended you reference your product manual before continuing.

CAUSE

The Extender Detail Window must have at a minimum of one field and either the R1 or R2 box marked.

RESOLUTION

Before you save your Extender Detail Window, make sure that the Key Field is selected, at least one field is created, and either the R1 or R2 box is marked.
