Event 2019 occurs on an HP computer that is running Windows Server 2003

Symptoms

On an HP computer that is running Windows Server 2003, an event that resembles the following is logged in the System log:

Type: Error
Date: <date>
Time: <time>
Event ID: 2019
Source: Srv
User: N/A
Computer: <ComputerName>
Details: The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty.

Additionally, in the Poolmon log file, you find that the NTID Pooltag is exhausting high nonpaged pool memory.

Cause

The problem may occur because of the HP Cpqteam.sys Teaming driver for the network adapter. This driver uses the Pooltag NTID.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, contact HP for more help with the Cpqteam.sys driver. Sometimes, upgrading to the latest version resolves the issue.
