Symptoms

When you try to install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connector for Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) in the SSRS server, you receive an error message that resembles the following error message:

This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
  • The SSRS server is configured against the Default application pool.
  • The Web identity is configured by using the Local Service account.
