An e-mail message is not sent as expected when you send the e-mail message from Outlook Web Access and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook is open

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario. You send an e-mail message from Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook is open. In this scenario, the e-mail message is not sent as expected. Instead, the e-mail message is sent to the Draft folder. If you try to send the e-mail message from the Draft folder, the e-mail message is still sent back to the Draft folder.

Note This problem occurs if you have opened Outlook and you have the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook installed.
