HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_PROTECT_DECOMPRESSION_FILTER_FROM_ABORT_KB942367
- If update 942615 (MS07-069) is installed, the problem is resolved by adding a DWORD value named * that has a value of 1 to the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_PROTECT_DECOMPRESSION_FILTER_FROM_ABORT_KB942367
If other Internet Explorer hotfixes have been previously installed, this registry value enables hotfix 942367. If no Internet Explorer hotfixes are installed on the system, the addition of this registry value causes no functional changes.
