Symptoms

You install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. When you try to start Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, you receive the following error message:
Error occurred loading Microsoft CRM functionality.
Additionally, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client functionality is disabled in Outlook 2003.

Cause

This problem may occur if you use the Disable Folder Home Pages policy setting for Outlook 2003.

Resolution

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Outlook uses the Folder Home Pages functionality. To resolve this problem, contact the system administrator.
